Easter Cocktail Toasted Peep-Tini

Happy Easter! As all the kids are getting their baskets filled with candy and goodies, as adults, I believe we should get to have a little Easter fun, too. While the kids are running around finding the eggs, you can enjoy a delicious Toasted Peep-Tini!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 oz of 3 Olives Cake Vodka (you could also substitute vanilla)
  • 1.5 oz of Disaronno Amaretto
  • .5 oz of cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • 1 marshmallow peep
  • Jellybeans
  • Fresh Coconut
  • Martini Glass
  • Shaker

You can start by adding the ice to your shaker and then getting your liquor ready to pour. Add 2 ounces of 3 Olives cake vodka, 1.5 ounces of Disaronno amaretto, and the .5 ounce of cream. Once you've got everything in your shaker, give it a good shake! When you're making a martini that has a frothy or creamy texture to it, it's always extra important to shake it really well. Once this is done, pour your martini into your glass and get ready for the fun part: the garnishing!

I started by first adding the peep to the side of the glass. It's a little heavy so if you wait until the end it can be a lot more challenging. I got the marshmallow peep on the glass by taking a knife and cutting a slit into it so that it would slide and stay right onto the glass.

Once that's done you just add a little whipped cream to the top of your martini and sprinkle it with fresh coconut. (Don't skimp on the coconut because it makes the drink taste so good!) The last step is to add a jellybean to the coconut "nest" you've created. You can actually make this quite fast. (While everyone is on their egg hunt you can whip this up in no time!)  And most importantly, it tastes absolutely delicious!

Happy Easter & Enjoy!
